DIA -the Diamond of Cyprus- Welcome to Cyprus Island’s glamorous shopping complex and residence. It brings together the islands best loved brands, entertainment concepts, waterfront relaxation and lifestyle store with over 9 floor of residences and 2 floor shopping space- 1 level above ground and 1 level below totalling 13,000 square meters of shopping and a total of 23,000 square meters of residence at the prime site of North Cyprus, Kyrenia. -The Design- The design of the monument is inspired by a Diamond. When working on the architectural design of the project, one of the primary aims of our architects was to create a monument, a legacy for the city of Kyrenia. We have been in the jewellery business for over a century and it is clear to us that our monument that will be rising in the centre of Kyrenia shall be a gem of the city. Trust us, we know that there is no stronger gem that diamond. No gemstone contains as much allure and interest as does Diamond. The performing fountain the centre of DIA, where water executes choreographed dance to the sounds of music ranging from classic to modern, creates an inviting atmosphere where everyone wants to be. The living areas have been separated in three zones, including the children zone with kids play area and exclusive children shopping area; the shopping zone, in traditional style, with selected shops and easy access; the chill-out area, where you, our valued clients can sit down, enjoy a cup of espresso or a nice meal, while indulging yourself in the pleasure of watching and listening to the water and music show.
