BRICK WORKS
Exterior walls built with 10x25x30 horizontalbricks, interior walls built with 10x20x30vertically placed bricks. Good quality firedperforated bricks 1:2:8 (cement:lime:sand) ratiois built by using mortar.
6 EXTERIOR PLASTER WORKS
After all surfaces are cleaned, the first layer isapplied at a ratio of 1:3 (cement: sand) and withwater, not exceeding 0.5 cm. Plaster mesh is laidon the joints of columns and beams with thewall. In second layer plaster, the surfaces of theslabs, which were previously removed with aplumb line at 2 m intervals, are filled with a 1:2:8(cement:lime:sand) mortar and/or ready-madeplaster, and their surfaces are leveled with agauge.It is applied by rubbing.

8 SCREEDS
The screeds in closed areas are dry screed and willbe smoothed by rubbing the surfaces with ahelicopter. However, in wet areas and open areas,300-dose screed mortar is leveled with slabsbeforehand and leveled with a screed.

INSULATION WORKS
After all the surfaces to be insulated are cleanedof dust and burrs, necessary modifications aremade and they are made ready for isolation. A) 2layers of bitumen into the foundation connectionbeamsbased primer is applied .
B) After applying 1st hand cement-based semi-elastic insulation material to the bottom of the
walls of 1 m wide in terraces, and to the entirearea on the balconies, a net is placed on it, 2. handsemi-elastic cement-based insulation material isapplied. C) Cement-based insulation is appliedwithout 2 hand nets up to a height of 50 cm onthe floor, on the walls of the room, and up to 2.2m in places with showers, in wet areas.D) Bitumen lining on the eaves, AL on the 3 mmcarpet type insulation material. gilding paint isapplied. E) AL on 3 mm carpet type insulationmaterial on the roof of 1+1 Lofts. gilding paint isapplied.
F) After applying 1st hand cement-based semi-elastic insulation material on the roofs of buildings
in villas, a net is placed on it, 2. After the semi-elastic cement-based insulation material is
applied, the screed is poured and 2 handapplication type insulation is applied again.
10 ELECTRICAL WORKS
It is made in accordance with the project preparedand approved according to the current legislationand KIB-TEK rules. The materials are selected bythe project authors.
11 CERAMIC ADHESIVES
Ceramic adhesive in C1TE standard is used indoorsand C2TE standard is used outdoors.

Interiors: In all buildingsThe areas in each of the bedrooms will be coveredwith ceramics with ISO 10545 standards, in thecolors and sizes to be determined by the projectowner. Dimensions 60*120Wet areas: The walls in all wet areas will becovered up to the ceiling with tiles in colors andsizes to be determined by the project owner,complying with ISO 10545 standards.Bedrooms: The floors of all bedrooms will becovered with wooden textured laminate flooring.General usage areas and balconies will be ceramic,and the steps will be natural marble. (Valid for 2+1Villas, but for 1+1 Loft Apartments, the steps willbe steel construction and wooden coating.)
13 ALUMINUM WORKS
The windows of all buildings will be made ofdouble-glazed normal standard case aluminum.
14 PAINT WORKS
A : Interior paints in accordance with TS5808standards, acrylic, white color and silicone will beusedB : ExteriorFacade paints will be used in accordance with TS7847 standards, acrylic based and sandy.
15 ENTRANCE DOORS
Steel Doors will be used as enterance doors for allthe properties onsite.
16 WOODEN DOOR WORKS
Flat interior doors and safes in all buildingsIt will be produced in the form of plug-inmoldings, from MDF material, with soundinsulation gasket and lacquered liner.

17 KITCHEN BENCHES
All kitchen cabinets will be covered withchipboard, visible surfaces will be made ofhighgloss material, drawer rails with stoppers, wallcoverings between worktops and cabinets will becovered with Çimstone or equivalent material.
18 WALL CABINETS

21 STAIRS
A : The villas will have standard reinforcedconcrete and covered stairs with natural marble.B : In the loft apartments, the step frames aresteel and will be covered with natural wood.
22 SANITARY INSTALLATION WORKS
A : Normal PPRC pipe for cold water lines in temiswater installations, foiled for hot water lines PPRCpipe will be used.B : In waste water installations, thick series plasticpipes with gaskets will be used at all joints.

In all apartments, as the project owner deemsappropriate60 lt (1+1) and 80 lt (2+1) water heaterswith electric and thermostat will be usedin the places according to the size of theflats.

24 WATER TANK
A central water tank will be built on site for allbuildings and pumped into the system under therequired pressure with sequential morors.
25 SUSPENDED CEILINGS
Suspended Ceilings will be constructed inaccordance with the design of the interiorarchitect.
26 PERGOLAS
Aluminum rectangular section and wood texturedprofile will be used for pergolas
27 LANDSCAPE
All areas of the landscaping in the site will bedetermined by the project owners, witharrangement and greening. If the house ownerswant to plant in the garden, the type of tree orplant that the project owners and sitemanagement will approve and/or will approve canbe planted.
28 ALL SPACE AND BUSINESS ITEMS
If the project authors need it, they reserve theright to make changes considering the integrityand functionality of the project, both statically andaesthetically.
29 WASTE CONTAINER LOCATION
It will be used at the points to be determined bythe project authors and in the type and capacity tobe determined by the project authors.
