T.R.N.C citizens living outside Cyprus or Foreign nationals, who would like to own a house for residential or investment purposes, can now benefit from Işbank’s extensive housing loan product range.

Foreign national customers choosing to take advantage of Işbank’s Housing Loans Specific to Foreigners can now borrow the loan expenses under suitable conditions if they desire to do so. The  maximum limit for the housing loan  for TRNC  citizens (living outside Cyprus),  EU citizens , and the citizens of Switzerland and Norway is  65 % of the property  price determined by the surveyor , and for the other nationalities  50 %  of the property  price determined by the  surveyor.
