LOCATION: Our flat on the street known as Metropol road (Şehit Kemal Ünal Caddesi), one of the four shopping centers of Nicosia, is within walking distance of many private hospitals (in vitro fertilization center) and Nicosia Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital (the bus stop for Kyrenia and other districts is in front of the hospital). There are many markets, restaurants and shops around. The minibuses pass in front of the apartment frequently for 10 minutes.
* There are shops on the ground floor of the 2-storey apartment where the flat is located, offices on the first floor, and apartments where families live on the second floor. The car park of the apartment and the municipal car park 50 meters from the apartment are free of charge.
*The entrance corridor (1x2 m.), bathroom-toilet on the right of the corridor, and then a 40-square-meter, high-ceilinged “living room-kitchen-beds room” is accessed through a second door. The front of the flat faces the street and has large windows. No noise is heard from the street during the day as the windows are double thick glass. At night the street is very quiet in terms of traffic.
* 2 large single beds (105x200) and 1 sofa bed (105x200 cm) can comfortably accommodate up to three people. If a bed is requested for the fourth person and an extra bed (collapsible type portable) is provided, 40 TL per night is added to the daily rental fee. Clean sheets, linens, piques are provided.
*In the flat; refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, electiric cooker, kettle, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, pots, pans, plates, forks and knives for cooking and eating.
* There is a new 24 BTU air conditioner and a portable fan large enough to cool and heat the entire flat.
* There is uninterrupted, free internet in the apartment.
* There is always hot water in the apartment. The water is heated by solar energy (solar panels). It can also be heated electrically when needed.
