This building has been projected as a block of student dormitories and is located in central Kyrenia, just 500 metres (6 minutes walking distance), from the Girne American University. The building consists of a basement level and three floors above it. Since the surrounding buildings are two floors, the third floor terrace stands out with its cafeteria that boasts sea and mountain views. There is also a separate, independant entrance to the cafeteria that provides access for non-resident customers and an elevator is also planned and constructed. • The project statics were designed, approved and built accordingly for five floors, taking into account the possible zoning increase in the future. • There are 32 studio apartments in total, one of which is an office. • Each studio has its own private bathroom, kitchenette and they are all fully furnished. • Each studio ca accommodate two people. • It was planned as a hotel concept. • It is decorated using first class materials and furniture. • The facilities include a communal kitchen, dining hall, infirmary, gym, laundry (with coin dryer), a library and the terrace cafe in the dormitory building. • Furniture has been specially designed. • All rooms are 30m2 and equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a 32” Smart TV, a kettle, a stove and a microwave oven. • Separate study desk, study chair and common dining table and dining chairs are available for each student. • There is an elevator which for security reasons is operated by a card system. • A catering elevator was built between the main kitchen in the basement and the cafeteria on the terrace. • The building has only one main electricity and water meter. There is a prepaid electronic water and electricity meter for each studio and outbuilding. • Internet infrastructure is wired to each studio with CAT 6 cable and LIFECELL high-speed central internet. • There is a very productive water well in the dormitory campus. In addition, a concrete clean water tank with a capacity of 100 tons was built underground. • Room doors are controlled by a card system and programmed centrally. • There is an energy saving system that works with door cards in the rooms. • There is a fire alarm system in the building. • DAHUA brand digital security camera system and monitoring software over the internet are available at every point. **Viewing Highly recommended**
