Located on the northern slope of the Beşparmak Mountains, in one of the highest locations open to development, with its back to a lush forest, facing the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea to the north and the setting sun over the sea to the west, this location, which has the physical characteristics of a typical Mediterranean village, necessitated an impressive design that does justice to the land and is identical to its spirit. The 'countryside' of being on the edge of the forest blended with a modern 'minimalism', which is the right reaction to the chaos of today's fast-paced life, results in an indescribable, thoughtful project. Incesu Mediterranian is a project that subtly blends regional/local crushed stone, brut concrete on the diverging eaves, and the inevitable white walls reflecting the Mediterranean sun, while the geometric forms with roofs that vaguely form in the surroundings are transformed into a simple, sharp-lined, iconic symbol of modernism. However, beyond this formal concept, an interior layout with functionality thought down to the most special points, arrangements that bring green and nature inside, both visually and physically, by flowing to the outside, bringing green and nature inside, flowing the inside to the outside, and yet always protecting privacy, make this project very special and far beyond similar ones. Located 1 km south of Alsancak center, 1 km south of Alsancak center, on the parcel adjacent to the upper border of Incesi village and the forest land behind, our project has a road network that is easy to reach the newly developing Alsancak center and its surrounding facilities, 5 km from Crete and easily connected to all cities from here thanks to the ring road. In addition to offering a quiet life away from the crowds of the city, in the countryside, on the edge of the forest, easy access to the city's facilities as an option, constitutes the most attractive part of the location. Direct access to the common areas from each residence, the communal pool and sunbathing terraces, as well as the communal wc showers and poolside café/bar turn into a visual feast with mountain views on one side and the sea on the other. In the communal areas, the local landscape character of the residential gardens is maintained. The materials used in the residences are of 1st class quality, central heating and cooling, built-in shower systems, linear stainless steel floor drains, ceramic-based walk-in showers, wall-hung toilet bowls, flush reservoirs, etc., which have become the standard of the company and are not yet included in many housing developments. The development, consisting of 20 175 m2 3+1 duplex villas and 12 110 square meter 2+1 duplex row houses, consists of 32 houses in total.
