This 600 years old building  was used to be a Olive Mill House of the town from the period of Ottomans  and restored 15 years ago by APHRODITE BROTHERS  COMPANY and consists of  4 parts. A ) Main House  : 1 Bedroom house with living room and kitchen where is an old stone arch raising and the bathroom where a fire place is available and beautiful  closed large arch terraces ; B ) Guest House : 2 Bedrooms with living room and stone fire place , old style kitchen and 2 balconies.Outside gardens  with wine yard ,olive trees  and water well.

C ) At the building there is an Italian CAFE called the LEGEND OF TROY CAFE&LIBRARY which is located at the lower part of the building with lots of character and features built with old material - like olive wood floors, special mortar applied on some walls, cast iron fire place etc.

D )There is an office room with old stone arch raising in the middle of the room which can be used for various purposes - it  can be added to the living areas or to the cafe.

 The Mill House for many years was run by the APHRODITE BROS. family  as holiday place for people who would like to come to North Cyprus and enjoy the culture and historical homes and enjoy and experience the dishes of North Cyprus. Besides all the architectural parts the garden is quite distinguish and quite large enough - 1.5 donums
