The top floor (attic) of 4+1 villas can be used as a terrace. The list price of our 232 m2 4+1 villas is (480,000 – 500,000) GBP.• The B and D Type villas are 18 and are 3+1. It has an area of 218 m2 and the list price is (380,000 – 420,000) GBP.• The project is planned to be completed and ready for delivery in February 2025.• As a payment condition, 25% down payment will be taken on the contract date and it will be completed to a minimum of 50% until delivery.
