Our villa is situated in a cozy and quiet cul de sac with parking place for up to 3 cars next to Gardens of Babel. Villa “SIKLAMEN” is a well-built brick house with marble floors and gas central heating system for winter season .It has permanent hot water , modern invertor air conditioners, high speed internet and a modern TV system with many multilanguage TV channels. The property has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is a downstairs en-suite, 3 further bedrooms can be found upstairs and one of these is also an en-suite. There are also 2 guest bathrooms. All bedrooms have wardrobes and balconies overlooking the mountains or the sea. There is an open plan dining and living area with feature fireplace and separate fully fitted kitchen. Villa “SIKLAMEN” has many unique characteristics to offer. All Lapta amenities (dozens of restaurants, beaches, shops) are only 3 minutes drive by car. There are also two supermarkets and small cafes walking distance from the villa. Rental available from the 1st of June till the 1st of October , minimum period is one week. June-150 pounds per day July- August 250 pounds per day(8-27 of July and 9-18 of August are booked) September-150 pounds per dayThe following is included in the rental cost-complimentary welcome pack, cold water, gas for cooking, 40 Kw electric per day.No parties, no pets,no smoking inside villa. Additional payments-refundable deposit-500 pounds ,electricity exceeding 40 Kw per day in accordance with the electric meter and local rate in Turkish Lira.
