Our land, located in the Isekele Bosphorus region, consists of 36 parcels of 26 Cyprus decares. The distance of our land to the sea is 450 meters as the crow flies. The public beach, coastal walking paths and shopping malls are 2 minutes away by car and are easy to reach. Its distance to the Famagusta-Iskele-Karpaz main road is 400 meters, and its private road, which is based on its own borders, has just been completed and the asphalting process has been completed. It has a 3+3 = 6 meter road and provides connection to the main road. Our land has direct access to mountain and sea views. There are no buildings, structures or elevations that would obstruct the mountain and sea view in the north-west and north-east extension. Prices will be updated if chapter 96, known by law as floor permit, is complied with. What is Chapter 96? It is an application that provides changes in the number of building floors and height of the land offered by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in accordance with its location and size, and was applied in the Pier Long Beach region. The construction of a building 200 meters away from our land where Chapter 96 is applied has been completed and applications for the land in question have been made and are in the decision process. Prices for parcel sales will be determined within one week and ten days and will be presented separately to our valued customers.   When the parceling process of our land is completed, the currently offered prices will be offered for sale with a 100% increase.
