Villa Venus towards the sea welcomes you to your detached self-contained 2 bedroom bijou bungalow Villa which was newly remodeled in 2022 (one double, one twin bedroom), located in the grounds of Villa Jasmine in Karsiyaka, West of Kyrenia. (also known as Girne), Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

You will wake up to amazing views of the Mediterranean. The inviting 12 x 4 metres shared pool is detached in the grounds of the owner which is furnished with flair and Brick Built BBQ, outside shower and dining area deal for your entertainment plans. Enjoy a sundowner whilst laying on our Hammock set between the Palm Trees or just watch the sun go down from the romantic Raffles style furnished pergola next to the pool.

All of which is nestled in a serene garden with uninterrupted panoramic sea and mountain views, multiple romantic fairy lights and warm effect solar lights, many fruit trees and a huge ancient olive tree. As a bonus for all you star gazers out there our Roof Terrace is calling out to you!

Your living area boasts a newly up to date fresh fitted out kitchen/dining area with gas hob, microwave, fridge, lounge/diner with extending table for 4/6 persons, 2 seater sofa and 3 armchairs. The Villa’s main room is lit with mood lamp lights and ceiling lights that include a fan, air con/heaters in both bedrooms. TV with fire stick and internet access.

The Villa has opening/closing shutters and fly screens on all the windows. Electric, water and gas are included in the rental cost – we ask you to be careful when using, as all are at a premium here and conserved when possible.

In addition, all bed/kitchen linen, feather and non-feather pillows are provided and a Hoover, hair dryer, iron, towels, bath robes and pool towels as well as a portable room fan and portable heater.

• 1-4 person adults only stay, from 7 nights to longer stays of over a month.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when booking.
• Total booking cost is due on arrival and your deposit will be returned less any breakages, excess utilities usage etc at the end of
• your stay.
• If you do not honor the booking for any reason - the deposit will not be refundable.
• If renting a car you will be able to park it in the grounds of the Bungalow.
• A Welcome Packet on Northern Cyprus will be provided to you once we have received your 30% deposit. This packet covers information on the local area, local activities, transportation, beaches, currency, weather etc.
