  The project has a total of thirty three (33) flats.
It consists of 5 blocks, A-B-C-D-E blocks.

PART 2: BUILDING GENERAL

• Earthquake resistant and insulated foundation will be constructed in accordance with the earthquake regulations. The carrier system will be slab flooring and reinforced concrete carcass.
• Ready-mixed concrete will be poured in accordance with TS EN 206 and TS 13515 TSE specifications.
• St III reinforced construction iron will be used in accordance with TS 708 standards.
• There will be satin plaster on dividing walls, reinforced concrete curtain and brick or gypsum plaster over ytong.
PART 3: EXTERIOR
Exterior paint and decorative covering elements on reinforced concrete curtain and brick or ytong exterior wall building elements.

CHAPTER 4: INTERIOR-EXTERIOR JOINTS

• It will be PVC or Aluminum double glass. All joinery products & parts will be TSE Certified. (The decision right will belong to the Contractor company when the assembly time comes.)
• All stair and balcony railings will be aluminum handrails.
• The interior doors of the flats will be manufactured in accordance with its design as wooden frame and molded, wood-covered wings.

CHAPTER 5: FLOOR, INTERIOR WALL AND CEILING COVERINGS:

5.1. Entrance Hall and Corridors

• Floorings: 1st class domestic or imported ceramic or parquet
• Walls: Water-based paint over gypsum plaster
Ceilings: Water based ceiling paint
• Cabinets: Laminate, lacquered or wood veneer coat rack



  5.2. Living room
• Floorings: 1st class domestic or imported ceramic parquet or ceramic
• Walls: Water-based paint over gypsum plaster
Ceilings: Water based ceiling paint

5.3. First Floor Bedrooms and Study Rooms
• Floorings: Bedrooms Laminate flooring, other areas 1st class domestic or imported ceramic
• Walls: Water-based paint over gypsum plaster
• Ceilings: Water-based ceiling paint + cornice where necessary.
• Cabinets: Laminate, lacquered or wood-covered cupboard (will be in the bedroom)

5.4. Kitchens (to be built in standard kitchen style)
• Floorings: 1st class domestic or imported ceramic
• Walls: Water-based paint on plaster and ceramic tiles between the countertops.
Ceilings: Water based ceiling paint
• Cabinets: Domestic / imported cabinets and countertops in accordance with its project (A decelerating shock absorber system / mechanism will be used in cabinet doors)
Armature: 1st class domestic or imported armature
• Sink: Stainless steel imported sink will be provided.

5.5. Bathroom
• Floorings: 1st class domestic or imported ceramic
• Walls: Made of first class domestic or imported ceramics suitable for its design
Ceilings: Water based ceiling paint
Armature: 1st class domestic or imported armature
• Sanitaryware: 1st class domestic or imported sanitary ware
Cabinets: Laminate, lacquered or wooden bathroom cabinets
• Shower trays: Ceramic shower area / acrylic shower tray
• Accessories: 1 piece of towel holder, toilet paper holder, soap dish and hanger will be assembled from chrome-plated material.

5.6 Terrace
• Floorings: 1st class domestic or imported ceramic
• Perimeter Wall: The perimeter of the terrace will be a brick parapet in accordance with the project.

5.6. Site common areas
• Site perimeter wall and interior lighting suitable for the project.
• There will be a site pool and pool installation suitable for the project.
