< p>3.KITCHEN CABINETS

Kitchen cabinets body and doors are made of 1st quality water resistant MDF and partially glazed. The countertops of all kitchens are 1st class laminate. In addition, stainless steel sinks and stainless steel taps will be used on the countertops of all kitchens. Our kitchens will have built-in infrastructures.

4. BEDROOM CABINETS

There are custom-made sliding mirrored front wardrobes in all bedrooms, and there are different color options within the options determined by us.

5.WOODEN FRAME AND DOORS

All bathroom, toilet, kitchen corridor and interior doors will be American panel pressed doors.

There will be locks and stoppers on the doors. The main entrance doors inside the building will be steel, and the main entrance doors of the building will be aluminum joinery.

6. ALUMINUM, WINDOWS AND DOORS

Aluminum parts in this project will be made of model and It was chosen from the Cosmo series with black frames and double glass, suitable for the project in terms of dimensions and providing the best sound insulation.

7.WATER TANKS

The water tanks of the units are made of antibacterial PVC. The water tanks of all units are 3 tons underground. We are building underground rooms to protect the tanks from the sun and other effects of nature.

8.BATHROOM-WC EQUIPMENT

< p>All bathroom and WC equipment are stainless steel. All fixtures will be 1st class and chrome plated suitable for use.

9.ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Street lighting in accordance with TRNC ELECTRICAL CORPORATION standards will be installed on all private and main roads. .

All electrical installations will be installed and controlled according to TRNC ELECTRICAL CORPORATION standards. All materials used in electricity are Wylex, Tenby, Ashley or equivalent.

10. INTERIOR, EXTERIOR PAINT AND FACADE WORKS

The exterior of the construction will be three layers of plaster and acrylic painting as finishing process. The interior facades of the plan will be first quality, three coats of plaster followed by elastometric paint. Before starting the painting process, all surfaces will be cleaned and sanded, and then the paint application will begin.

13. ENVIRONMENTAL LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE

Galvanized for lighting purposes along the private walking path of the field. Lighting poles will be used. In addition, lighting equipment will be applied to external walls and garden walls or at suitable points. Rainwater drainage has been installed around the base of all buildings and common areas and will be connected to the drainage pipes of the roads. The gardens and common areas of the site will remain as natural vegetation, and the natural texture damaged due to construction will be treated with appropriate landscape plants.

14. SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool seen in the project will be approximately 7m x 24m in size. Engine room and balance tank that can accommodate 10% of the pool capacity. There will be an outdoor shower by the pool.

15.AIR CONDITIONING

All units have air conditioning systems infrastructure.
