We are here with the Edreville project, which consists of a total of 23 villas in the Edremit Region of Kyrenia, in a unique location with olive trees that have taken root in our country for centuries, intertwined with nature. This project has many features such as private garden areas, fireplaces in the living room and parking spaces within its own plot.

• Location: Our project, Kyrenia While it is located in the north of the western ring road of , it is in a location that provides quick and easy access.

• Villa Options: There are 5 A and C type villas ( It is in the form of 4+1). The top floor (attic floor) of 4+1 villas can be used as a terrace and is 232 m2. There are 18 B and D type villas in the form of (3+1) and 218 m2.

• Comfort and Equipment: All villas have laundry facilities. It is equipped with details such as a room, a storage room under the stairs, a garden storage area, a ground floor WC + shower and a bedroom or study room on the ground floor. The smallest bedroom is 16 m2 wide and all bedrooms are en-suite.

• Common Areas: In our project, there is a swimming pool of 31m x 8m and There is an activity hall that will serve the pool. There are also social areas such as a chess playground, basketball court, walking path and children's playground within the green area.

• Modern Infrastructure and Equipment: Air conditioning and Modern infrastructure and equipment such as radiator infrastructure compatible with heat pump, solar system infrastructure, glass-covered cast fireplace, internet, satellite, telephone and camera infrastructure are included in our project.

• Payment Terms: 25% of the total price as down payment is paid on the contract date. For the part up to delivery, 25% of the total price is paid from the contract date until the delivery date. For the remaining balance, 50% of the total price can be paid in cash upon delivery or with a payment plan of maximum 10 years. Payment is made by including 8% annual simple interest.
