Our land, located in the Isekele Bosphorus region, consists of 36 parcels of 26 Cyprus decares. The distance of our land to the sea is 450 meters as the crow flies. The public beach, coastal walking paths and shopping malls are 2 minutes away by car and are easy to reach. Its distance to the Famagusta-Iskele-Karpaz main road is 400 meters, and its private road, which is based on its own borders, has just been completed and the asphalting process has been completed. It has a 3+3 = 6 meter road and provides connection to the main road. Our land has direct access to mountain and sea views. There are no buildings, structures or elevations that would obstruct the mountain and sea view in the north-west and north-east extension. Our land is open to development and the parceling process has been processed by the real estate owners as soon as possible, and if purchased collectively, it is offered for sale at a more affordable price than similar lands.

Prices will be updated if chapter 96, known by law as floor permit, is complied with. What is Chapter 96? It is an application that provides changes in the number of building floors and height of the land offered by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in accordance with its location and size, and was applied in the Pier Long Beach region. The construction of a building 200 meters away from our land where Chapter 96 is applied has been completed and applications for the land in question have been made and are in the decision process. It is expected that our land will increase in value by 100% after the decision is announced. Our current prices are for bulk sales. Prices for parcel sales will be determined within one week and ten days and will be presented separately to our valued customers.   When the parceling process of our land is completed, the currently offered prices will be offered for sale with a 100% increase. Parcels of 600-650 m2 are also available for single sale. If the sale is realized, it will be divided into parcels for a short period of 3 months and raised 120-170 cm2 from the ground, in order to avoid obstructing the sea view in case of any construction in the front and middle lands and delivered to the buyer. The lands located in the west direction will be 120-170 cm2, the other lands will be delivered after 40% elevation from the ground and terraceing process.
