What a truly stunning and beautiful stone villa this is!  The lush gardens are on three levels and have mature fruit and palm trees, flowers and shrubs, as well as our beautiful bougainvillea; within the gardens you have a wonderful covered seating and dining area as well as a fully equipped bar by the poolside, which has a stone BBQ and pizza oven. The swimming pool has plenty of terracing and you are surrounded by truly breathtaking sea and mountain views, making it a fantastic entertaining home and one that will make you the envy of all your friends! The villa is full of charm and character throughout, from the wonderful ottoman wooden front door to the pitched ceilings, stone arches and wooden-framed windows. The living/dining room has a stone wall and a large stone fireplace with Italian wood-burner and patio doors to a covered terrace (with those amazing sea views) and there’s a stone arch through to the kitchen, which comes with white goods, granite work surfaces and breakfast bar. There are two double bedrooms downstairs, both with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors to the pool area and a most decadent bathroom in between, which has a roll-top claw-foot bath with shower over.  ALAGADI:

Two distinct bays can be found side by side at Alagadi Turtle Beach. One is always well-attended and has a restaurant called Turtle Paradise while the other bay is more secluded and suits those wanting a quiet day at the beach. Bring your own beach accessories as neither of the bays offer sun beds or umbrellas.

In the summer, sea turtles lay their eggs on Alagadi Beach, and the volunteer group SPOT arranges excavations of turtle nests that can be viewed with advance reservations.

Don't pass up the opportunity to dip your feet in the warm natural "rock pools" that the Mediterranean sun has created while admiring the beautiful coastline.

Alagad (Turtle) Beach, approximately 19km east of Kyrenia, is where the Society for the Protection of Turtles (SPOT) has its small sea-turtle conservation and research centre (open 9am to 8.30pm May to September), where you can find out about turtle conservation. This is not really used as a swimming beach, but visitors can enjoy the scenery. Alagad 's twin sandy beaches are intentionally undeveloped, as they are considered turtle territory, and the beach is closed from 8pm to 8am from May to October.
