It is an extremely profitable investment that will appeal to both convention tourism and casino tourism, combined with the amphitheater, spa pools and other activities, to contribute to the tourism of the country as a highly profitable investment.
II -1-Introduction and Purpose of the Project:

The latest census has shown that there is a rapid population growth in Kyrenia due to foreign forces on the one hand and migrations from rural areas on the other. One of the main reasons for the greatest arrival of foreign powers is that the Kyrenia region has the greatest tourism potential of Northern Cyprus in terms of my tourism. The beaches of Gerk, as well as the natural and historical riches it has, make Girne the most favorite region of Cyprus. In this context, local and foreign tourists are encouraged to visit K.K.T.C.the fact that they prefer this region the most is the biggest proof of this. This is also the biggest reason why both domestic and foreign groups working in the field of tourism are concentrated in this region.
The location of the project is Kyrenia American University to the east, residential buildings to the west, residential buildings and the sea to the north, and the beşparmak mountains to the south.
This project, located in the west of Kyrenia and located between two highways, has a very high value due Dec its location. For this reason, since this region has a high tourism and residential potential, there are many hotels and investments in its immediate vicinity.
